Warranty
At Heavy Duty RC, every product we sell is backed by our 1-Year Replacement Warranty.
Whether you purchase an RC excavator, dump truck, wheel loader, bulldozer, crane, tractor, crawler, RC car, RC motorbike, or another RC product from us, your purchase includes 12 months of warranty support from the date of delivery.
We believe customers purchasing specialist RC equipment should know exactly what support is available before they place an order.
RC construction models in particular contain motors, servos, gears, putters, electronic boards, wiring, batteries, mechanical components and moving parts. Even a high-quality model can eventually experience a component failure, particularly when it is regularly operated in dirt, sand, gravel or other demanding environments.
That is why the seller you purchase from matters just as much as the model you purchase.
Some sellers may advertise what appears to be the same RC construction model at very low or unusually discounted prices, but customers should always consider what happens after the sale and whether the product being offered is actually an original model in the first place.
A lower purchase price may look attractive initially, but if the seller does not provide a clearly stated warranty, reliable after-sales support, technical assistance, or access to compatible replacement parts, the long-term cost and inconvenience can be much greater.
This is particularly important with RC construction equipment because many replacement parts are model-specific and are not always produced in large quantities. Receiver boards, servos, motors, gears, actuators and other components can sometimes be scarce and expensive.
At Heavy Duty RC, we do not simply sell the model and consider the transaction finished. Our pricing also reflects the after-sales support, warranty assistance and replacement-part service we provide throughout the warranty period.
You can also purchase with confidence knowing that Heavy Duty RC supplies original models from the appropriate manufacturing factory and supply channels. We do not knowingly sell replica or imitation models produced by unrelated factories and presented as the original product.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that customers compare more than just the advertised price when choosing where to purchase RC construction equipment. Always consider the warranty, authenticity of the model, availability of spare parts, and the level of after-sales support you will receive if something goes wrong.
Every Heavy Duty RC Product Includes a 1-Year Warranty

What Does Our Replacement Warranty Mean?
If your product develops a covered fault during the warranty period, please contact Heavy Duty RC.
Our team will first help identify the cause of the problem.
Depending on the fault, we may provide:
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Technical guidance
- A replacement servo
- Replacement motor
- Replacement gearbox
- Replacement electronic component
- Replacement receiver board
- Replacement wiring or connectors
- Replacement remote-control component
- Replacement mechanical component
- Other replacement parts required to restore normal operation
Where a replacement component is appropriate, we will arrange the required part under the warranty.
For more serious covered faults where replacement parts or a reasonable repair solution are not appropriate, we will assess the situation individually and determine the appropriate warranty solution.
Our objective is simple: to help get your RC model working properly again.
Why Warranty Support Matters With RC Construction Equipment
This is something we strongly encourage customers to consider before purchasing expensive RC construction equipment.
A detailed RC excavator or loader is very different from a simple household electronic product.
These models may contain:
- Multiple electric motors
- Metal gear systems
- Servos
- Linear actuators
- Electronic speed controllers
- Receiver boards
- Remote-control systems
- Wiring harnesses
- Bearings
- Tracks and drive systems
- Articulated steering mechanisms
- Mechanical linkages
- Lighting and sound systems
Because these models are designed to move, dig, lift, load and operate in realistic environments, individual components can require maintenance or replacement during their service life.
At Heavy Duty RC, we want our warranty position to be clear:
Every eligible product we sell comes with 1 year of warranty support.
Our After-Sales Service
Our relationship with the customer does not end when the parcel is delivered.
Heavy Duty RC provides ongoing after-sales assistance for products purchased from us.
If something goes wrong, contact us and explain the issue. Our support team may work with the relevant Manufacturing factory to determine the most appropriate solution.
In many situations, an RC model does not need to be completely replaced. A single motor, servo, board, gearbox, wire or other component may be responsible for the problem.
Identifying and replacing that component can return the machine to normal operation quickly.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your Heavy Duty RC product, contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The model name or model number
- A description of the problem
- When the problem started
- Photos of the affected area, where relevant
- A short video demonstrating the fault, where possible
Videos are particularly useful for diagnosing RC construction equipment.
If a video is too large to send by email, you may upload it to a file-sharing service such as Google Drive, file.io or MediaFire and email us the shareable link.
Troubleshooting May Be Required
Before sending replacement parts, we may need to determine exactly which component has failed.
For example, a bucket that no longer moves could potentially be caused by:
- A servo
- A motor
- A disconnected wire
- A receiver-board connection
- A remote-control problem
- A damaged mechanical linkage
Sending a replacement component without first identifying the fault could result in the wrong part being supplied.
We therefore ask customers to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting requests so that we can provide the correct solution as quickly as possible.
Replacement Parts Under Warranty
Where our assessment determines that a covered component has failed during the warranty period, Heavy Duty RC may supply the appropriate replacement component at no charge.
Depending on the model and part availability, replacement parts may be dispatched from one of our warehouses or directly from our overseas parts supply.
Delivery times for warranty components can therefore vary depending on the particular part and its location.
Some Repairs May Require Basic Installation
Many RC construction models are designed in a way that allows individual components to be replaced.
Depending on the repair, customers may need basic tools such as:
- Screwdrivers
- Hex/Allen keys
- Pliers
- A small soldering iron
- Basic hobby tools
We will provide guidance wherever reasonably possible.
If you are uncomfortable performing a particular repair, please let us know before attempting it.
What Is Covered?
Our 1-year warranty generally covers manufacturing or component faults that arise during normal and reasonable use, subject to inspection and diagnosis.
Examples may include covered failures involving:
- Motors
- Servos
- Electronic receiver components
- Certain gearboxes
- Internal wiring
- Remote-control electronics
- Factory-installed electrical components
- Other components that fail prematurely under normal use
Coverage depends on the circumstances of each claim.
What Is Not Normally Covered?
The warranty does not normally cover damage caused by:
- Crashes or collisions
- Improper use
- Deliberate damage
- Modification of the product
- Incorrect wiring or electrical modification
- Use of an incorrect battery or charger
- Water damage where the product is not designed to be waterproof
- Fire or excessive heat
- Improper storage
- Excessive overloading
- Physical damage caused by forcing a mechanism
- Damage caused by third-party repairs or incompatible parts
- Normal cosmetic deterioration
- Normal wear and tear
- Lost products or accessories
Consumable or naturally wearing items may also be treated differently depending on the reason for failure.
Normal Wear and Maintenance
RC construction equipment is mechanical equipment on a smaller scale.
Tracks, tyres, gears, bearings, buckets, linkages and other moving components can experience wear over time, particularly when frequently used in sand, dirt, stone or gravel.
Normal wear resulting from continued operation is different from a manufacturing defect.
However, even where something falls outside warranty coverage, Heavy Duty RC may still be able to supply the replacement part you need.
Batteries
Rechargeable batteries naturally deteriorate with use and charging cycles.
Battery problems caused by normal capacity reduction, improper charging, incorrect storage, physical damage, using an incompatible charger or leaving batteries discharged for extended periods may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
If you believe a supplied battery was defective when received or failed abnormally, contact us and we will assess the issue.
Do Not Continue Operating a Damaged Model
If you notice an unusual noise, damaged gear, loose wire, overheating, binding mechanism or other abnormal behaviour, stop operating the model and contact us.
Continuing to operate a model after a fault becomes apparent can cause additional damage.
Accidental Damage
Our standard warranty is intended to cover eligible product faults and is not accidental-damage insurance.
Damage caused by crashes, drops, misuse, water exposure, modifications or other external causes is generally not covered.
However, we can often still help you source the parts required to repair the model.
Spare Parts After the Warranty Period
Our support does not necessarily stop simply because your 12-month warranty has expired.
Where parts remain available, Heavy Duty RC can assist customers in purchasing replacement components for their models after the warranty period.
This is particularly important for customers operating larger fleets, RC construction businesses, RC cafés, commercial RC construction sites and serious hobby collections.
Commercial Use
Some customers use our models in commercial RC construction venues, demonstrations, exhibitions or rental-style environments.
Commercial environments can subject RC models to considerably heavier usage than normal private ownership.
Please contact us before purchasing a large commercial fleet so that we can recommend models more suitable for repeated operation and discuss spare batteries, replacement components and maintenance requirements.
Keep Your Order Information
Please retain your Heavy Duty RC order number or purchase confirmation.
We use this information to confirm:
- Your model
- Purchase date
- Warranty period
- Product version
- Correct replacement components
Some RC models have multiple production versions that may use different receiver boards, batteries, connectors or other components.
Your order information helps us identify the correct parts.
Product Versions and Compatibility
RC manufacturers occasionally update their models during production.
Two machines sold under the same general model name may sometimes have different:
- Receiver boards
- Battery connectors
- Remote controls
- Motors
- Wiring
- Servos
- Mechanical components
For this reason, we may ask you to provide a photograph of the existing component before a replacement is shipped.
This is done to prevent us from sending an incompatible part.
Why Buy From Heavy Duty RC?
When purchasing specialist RC equipment, price should not be the only consideration.
Customers should also consider:
Are these original models?
Who will help me if something fails?
Can I obtain replacement parts?
Is there a clearly stated warranty?
Will the seller still respond after the product has been delivered?
Heavy Duty RC has built its after-sales approach around these questions.
We provide:
- 1-year warranty coverage on eligible products
- Replacement-part support
- Technical assistance
- Fault diagnosis
- Access to spare parts
- Support for RC construction models and our other RC products
- Continued assistance after purchase
We encourage customers to compare warranty and after-sales policies carefully when purchasing RC construction machinery from any seller.
A lower initial purchase price can mean very little if replacement components or technical assistance are unavailable later.
Our Commitment
Heavy Duty RC is committed to providing customers with more than simply an RC model in a shipping box.
We want customers to have access to the support, replacement components and technical assistance needed to continue enjoying their equipment.
That is why every eligible RC product purchased from Heavy Duty RC is backed by our 1-Year Replacement Warranty and after-sales service.
