At Heavy Duty RC, we stock majority of models in fulfilment centres (warehouses) located in the USA, Canada, Spain, and Australia. Most of these models are electric rc construction toys. The Shipping time frame below are provided to us by the delivery couriers we use. Shipping times can change and that is perfectly normal, this usually occurs when there is flood or restrictions that courier companies face or experience.

Electric RC Models Shipping Time Frame.

The processing time before shipment is usually 12-48 hours. Majority of these models are shipped from fulfilment centres in USA, Canada, Australia and Spain.

 Hydraulic RC Models

The processing time for kabolite 336gc excavator and Kabolite 966 wheel loader is 24-72 hours (Processing time can vary sometimes). It is important for customers to be aware that aside both models which are already made product, most of the hydraulic models will require manufacturing and each model has it manufacturing timeframe. Stickers and Spare Parts

We are in the processing of storing spare parts in fulfilment centres to ensure fast delivery. At the moment, these parts will be shipped from the official factories in China. Please contact sales@heavydutyrc.com if you have any enquiries about any spare parts.

Batteries (Spare batteries)

Spare batteries take a while to deliver this is because they are considered as highly dangerous good by delivery couriers.
